There is no wasted time during sessions.

Being coaches our methods are similar to squad swimmers our sessions have no down time and are entirely productive. The children in each session swim the entire time they are with us excepting for recovery, even if there is four children and no matter what ages they may be. Children are taught self reliance with a floatation device on their back as soon as possible.

The child then enters the pool unaccompanied, this time may vary depending on the child`s self confidence, all children are different and are treated accordingly. Once in the pool our structured program commences then the childrens competitiveness takes over, (no games) total concentration is needed due to short concentration spans and until their goals are completed.

The child is taught to use a kick board correctly and float on their back, as they progress they learn new skills, example blow bubbles and kick with the board and float on their back. When these skills are mastered they learn freestyle and backstroke. The back floatation device remains but  boyancy will be reduced until the skills are mastered and the child gains correct muscle memory, this is imperitive for future skills development.
